ODNI-UAP-D001 - USPER Narrative, Senior USIC Official

In late 2025, a senior U.S. intelligence officer encountered unidentified 'glowing orbs' both at close range and at a distance.

Ground teams reported a super-hot target on FLIR moving low to the ground east and then south at high speed.

The Joint Operations Center reported radar hits in the same area as previous UAP activity, prompting the helicopter crew to alter course.

During the search, the crew reported rocket or projectile remnants and a large cave entrance that could not be accessed by landing.

The ODNI narrative says a senior USIC official and crew launched a helicopter search after loud thuds in the mountains coincided with recent UAP sightings.

The crew reported orbs above fighter jets matching their speed and path, flaring one at a time and dimming sequentially.
